Who We Are

Studio Venus is a pole fitness studio. Our signature pole classes are 90 minutes long and begin with a comprehensive stretching ritual lasting 30-45 minutes. This stretch includes some yoga and pilates to exaggerate the curves of the female body. Our students meet once, twice, 3x, or 4x a week and each lesson increases in difficulty to improve strength, endurance and flexibility in a safe atmosphere. The next 30 minutes are used on individual strength training and pole practice. Each class ends joyfully with an opportunity to dance! We laugh, we applaud, we have fun.
